Unique Technology
Multiplaz 3500 can weld, solder, braze, harden, and cleanse metals including steel, aluminium, copper, cast iron, bronze and other metals. Worldwide, Multiplaz 3500 is the only welder with such a broad range of applications. Multiplaz uses unique welding technology which is a water – alcohol solution instead of shielding gas, it utilizes distilled water for heating materials by turning water into plasma (8000 degrees Celsius).
Multiplaz 3500 can replace a variety of different tools such as: Welding machines, gas torches, plazma cutters, nibble shears and scissors, industrial drying fans, electric jig saws, blow lamps and inverter welders.
Multiplaz 3500 can cut any metal, including high alloy and stainless steel that cannot be cut with oxygen cutting. Cutting ceramic tiles, quartz glass, bricks, concrete and other inflammable materials is another unique feature of the Multiplaz 3500.

Cost Effectiveness
There is no need for costly and bulky additional equipment such as compressors, transformers and pressure regulators. Multiplaz’s design allows for a 100% duty cycle, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The heavy duty design of cathodes and nozzles makes it possible to use them for up to 10 hours before replacing. This is much longer than in regular air plasma or gas cutters. Multiplaz 3500 can concentrate the plasma stream into a small diameter jet like laser. This feature allows you to melt even thick 300mm metal to the depth of up to 10mm, weld thin plates of 0.5mm to thick ones, surfacing metal on bulk parts and solder tool steels.
2 torches are included with the Multiplaz 3500 allowing you to easily switch between cutting and welding.

ECOLOGICALLY FRIENDLY OPERATION
The use of distilled water as a basic process fluid, and the torch engineering that produces plasma out of water vapor, have made welding and plasma cutting a safe process. The vapor shield traps and settles all particles, eliminating exposure to the operator’s respiratory system. The shield condenses, dilutes and stops the emission of complex chemical compounds within the heat treatment domain. During operation it creates pure air making it ideal for use in poorly ventilated areas i.e. underground utility lines, wells, closed spaces, vaults, garages, submarines, etc..
